Cathal O'Leary Cathal graduated from University College Dublin with an honours degree in Economics. He has worked in NCB for over 15 years. Cathal is a Director and Head of NCB Fixed Income. He has accumulated extensive domestic and international market experience across many asset classes including Money Markets, Fixed Income & Equities. Brian Devine Brian is the Chief Economist at NCB and joined the firm in 2008, having previously worked at Geneva Trading as a trader and researcher in the energy market. Prior to this role Brian was an economist at the Irish Competition Authority. Brian holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin. Frank Hassett Frank is a graduate of University College Cork, where he obtained an honours degree in Economics and History. He joined NCB in 2011 from HPC SA having successfully established a Credit & Funding platform for the French intermediary in London expanding their product distribution into UK and Ireland.
