Conor O'Kelly, Group CEO Conor is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin where he studied Business studies and holds a Masters Degree in Japanese Commercial Policy from Senshu University in Japan. He joined NCB in 1995 and held the position of Head of Fixed Income until his appointment as Chief Executive of NCB Group in 1999.In 2003 he successfully negotiated and led a management buy-out of the group from Ulster Bank/RBOS. Prior to joining NCB he held senior management positions in investment banking with BZW. He worked with BZW over an eleven-year period in London, Tokyo and New York. He is the former Chairman of the European Securities Network and is a Director of the Irish Stock Exchange. |

Graham O'Brien, Finance Director Graham joined NCB in 1989 and was appointed Finance Director in 1995. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in University College Dublin. He holds a Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte & Touche in 1987 where he specialized in Financial Services. |

Liam Booth, Head of Corporate Finance Liam started his business career with NCB in 1986. Prior to this he studied Business Studies in Trinity College Dublin and qualified as a chartered accountant in Coopers and Lybrand. Over the past 18 years he has accumulated a wealth of experience from the senior management positions he has held in investment banking and industry. Prior to re-joining NCB Corporate Finance as Managing Director Liam was a Director of Key Capital, the specialist corporate finance and capital markets advisory boutique. From 2000 to 2002 Liam was Chief Financial Officer of Datalex plc and from 1996 to 2000 he was Head of Corporate Finance at Goodbody Stockbrokers. Liam served as a non-executive director of Irish Continental Group plc from 1987 to 2004. |

Greg Dilger, Head Of Wealth Management Greg has been working at NCB for over 15 years and is a member of the NCB Group Senior Management team. He graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an honours degree in Civil Engineering. He was appointed Head of the Wealth Management division in 2001. Greg is a registered representative of the Irish Stock Exchange. |

Tommy Conway, Joint Head of Equities Tommy joined NCB in 2000 as Head of Equities. Prior to this Tommy was a senior salesman at Davy Stockbrokers for 10 years where he was responsible for marketing Irish Equities to Irish and overseas investors. He has worked on the IPOs of Ryanair, DCC, First Active and Qualceram. Tommy is a registered stockbroker and member of the Securities Institute. |

Brian Delaney, Joint Head of Equities Brian is a graduate of University College Dublin where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He joined NCB in July 2010 as Joint Head of Equities. Prior to that, he spent four years as Corporate Development Director of the O'Flynn Group, a broadly diversified property investment and development company. He spent 19 years with Goodbody Stockbrokers where he was Head of Private Clients and 9 years working with Bank of Ireland. Brian is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA 1989). |

Breffni Byrne, Chairman Breffni is a non-executive director of Coillte Teoranta, Tedcastle Holdings Limited, Hikma plc, Cpl Resources plc and a number of other companies. A chartered accountant, he was formerly a Senior Partner of the Audit and Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen in Ireland and Director of Risk Management for Andersen's audit practice in Scandinavia, the Middle East and Africa. He was appointed Chairman on the NCB Board in 2004. |

Liam McCaffrey, Non-Executive Director Liam joined the QUINN-group in 1990 as a company accountant and became Finance Director in 1996 and subsequently was appointed CEO in 1999. Liam has guided the company through a period of rapid growth with expansion into Europe and Russia and a number of high profile acquisitions including the Barlo Group in 2004 and Bupa Ireland in 2007. Prior to joining the QUINN-group Liam qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He was appointed as a non-executive Director on the NCB Board in 2004. |
